In saying that, it seems that the reason you might not be seeing the file could be related to the email you are signing in with. From what I can see, the only email that has access to the file is ianhamilton@seafoodwarehouse.com.au. If you log in with this email address or have Ian log in and add you as a user, you should then be able to access the file.
