I have also spoken to him. Gai's priority is his job with us. However he has picked up 2 night shifts at Jaylianos washing dishes for extra money on a Weds & Thursday night. His shifts there run from 4:45pm. He is happy to work Wednesday and Thursday until 4:30pm then make the 10 min ride down the road there if you need him on those days. He does not need the whole days off. He asked me if the shifts are not set here and I said that they are rostered out depending on the availabilities of all staff members and we allocate each staffs roster to what we need and have available for each day.
