All seems fine, she seems sincere in that she wasn't trying to be rude and that she was having a bad day that day. I've asked her to have a chat with Emily, with myself present, so that all can be smoothed over and apologies made and she has happily agreed. Can you put them both on a shift together with me next week so I can arrange, and make it all water under the bridge. I think it was mostly misunderstanding and lack of awareness. Fade out options, in order of preference Nesha Lachlan K Nat Caitlin D Ocean Other notes: Laura - keep if you can. She is good worker, but I cant recall if she was only looking to fill her time in over xmas or if she wished to stay on with us. She is the Korean one Ciana - good, strong, smart. Definitely keep. Tall, netball player, pretty with good smile. Customers like her. Chloe Roy - up to you, can keep if needed - but wont be upset if you fade her out. Her work is ok, but she doesn't mesh well with others much, and there is a few mistakes here and there. Amber - keep, will be good for the year as I believe she will have availability during the week Mita - use as a filler, but not a main option. Happy to fade if you choose to. Talks and dawdles too much Owen - keep for just weekends, he does fine at serving when its busy rush period Caitlin S - keep. Head down, bum up attitude. Blonde, nice smile, medium height. Paige - keep. Does well when working with other ambitious ones, she matches the energy of who is around her. Tall, blonde, netball player. Lucy - keep. Still gentle, but not as shy anymore. She is finding her confidence and its lovely to see. Great nature. Brunette, tall. Phoebe - would be happy to keep or fade. Nice girl, but not much drive or availability. Sometimes fills the gaps for weekend staff, so..? Up to you. Jack - definitely keep. All staff enjoy him and he works continuously all day. Stella - keep, good worker. Brunette, pretty. Stays moving. Ava & Emily L#2 - They are actually twin sisters (I thought Emily was older) both still quite young. A few mistakes still, but they are absolutely improving. Still need to guide them both a bit, no independent drive. But believe will both be worth keeping. Amelia - she is good, when she is here! Your right, she is doing too much - other jobs, partying etc. I got very angry with her on the Sunday before xmas when she slept in AGAIN, so I cancelled her shift. She went out drinking the night before. HOWEVER, I do believe she will settle down when uni goes back, she is already talking to me (without prompt) about how she just wants to get back into uni and is sick of the party phase. Keep her, she is very well liked and does get a lot of work done. But if she mucks up her reliability, just cut her shifts down - she will get the message loud and clear. Jess S - look I quite like Jess - but she really isn't as reliable, fast or efficient as the other seniors. I'd prefer, Riata, Masha or Vaosea over her - but if she fills the right gaps in the roster then no need to lose her either. Bianca - feel like I didn't get enough time to observe her, but she managed xmas just fine. She was one of the later hires. No mistakes from her, and she didn't chat too much either. She is tall, slender, wears glasses. Chloe Ritua - she gets a lot done when she is here, and is a useful packer. Her lack of availability is a bit annoying tho - so this one is up to you. Id be happy to keep her, even if she only fills a blank spot every so often. I was annoyed she became unavailable on the 23 and 24th, but she did do a great job in the lead up with the packing, so it seemed to make up for it. Shay - I like Shay, but I might be the outsider on that opinion. She responds well to a certain type of 'management', which I can provide - but it seems others don't. So I never have a problem with her, but others seem to outcast her. Keep if you can afford to, just put her on with me. Channy - has good consistency, good filler. Jodi likes her. Alex - he very much struggles to ever have a smile on his face, and I don't think we can change that. But he rarely calls in sick, and doesn't chat too much. Happy to keep. Hope this helps a bit. Talk again soon Nic xx ------=_NextPart_000_00D8_01DB6287.E853E1C0 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <html xmlns:v=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" = xmlns:o=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" = xmlns:w=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" = xmlns:m=3D"http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2004/12/omml" = xmlns=3D"http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40"><head><meta = http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Dus-ascii"><meta name=3DGenerator content=3D"Microsoft Word 15 = (filtered medium)"><style><!-- /* Font Definitions */ @font-face {font-family:"Cambria Math"; panose-1:2 4 5 3 5 4 6 3 2 4;} @font-face {font-family:Calibri; panose-1:2 15 5 2 2 2 4 3 2 4;} /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {margin:0cm; margin-bottom:.0001pt; font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; mso-fareast-language:EN-US;} a:link, span.MsoHyperlink {mso-style-priority:99; color:#0563C1; text-decoration:underline;} a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed {mso-style-priority:99; color:#954F72; text-decoration:underline;} span.EmailStyle17 {mso-style-type:personal-compose; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; color:windowtext;} .MsoChpDefault {mso-style-type:export-only; font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif; mso-fareast-language:EN-US;} @page WordSection1 {size:612.0pt 792.0pt; margin:72.0pt 72.0pt 72.0pt 72.0pt;} div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;} --></style><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:shapedefaults v:ext=3D"edit" spidmax=3D"1026" /> </xml><![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:shapelayout v:ext=3D"edit"> <o:idmap v:ext=3D"edit" data=3D"1" /> </o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=3DEN-AU = link=3D"#0563C1" vlink=3D"#954F72"><div class=3DWordSection1><p = class=3DMsoNormal><span lang=3DEN-US>Morning,<o:p></o:p></span></p><p = class=3DMsoNormal><span lang=3DEN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p = class=3DMsoNormal><span lang=3DEN-US>Had a chat with Jaycie before her = shift started this morning.
