It has been most frustrating dealing with your staff and today wa= s no different.<br />=0AThere was one or two staff and one or two customers= when i went in. I was standing at the fish fillets section with another c= ustomer.<br />=0AAfter waiting for a while, a blond hair staff came over to= serve the lady (she was before me). After this blond hair staff serve her= , she went to serve other customers at the prawns section and I also notice= another staff serving another customer. These customers came after me. So = I went to the prawns section to tell the staff I came before those customer= s and why aren=E2=80=99t they serve me. Your staff and customers were smil= ing as they think i was =E2=80=98making a scene=E2=80=99. i was later serve= by your asian staff and she was lovely and apologetic. I told her this is = not the first time i have been ignored by your staff and i also had inciden= ts of overcharging as well. I was there spending my money at your shop and = I felt humiliated even though it was not my fault. It would have been a bet= ter if there is a ticketing or number system. Your staff working attitude a= nd customer service is very poor and I really dislike shopping at your capa= laba shop. Having to fight or to be notice to get serve is rediculus. To be= honest I have shop less at your store over the years.</p>=0A
