My plan was to give you an introduction to how our part-time CFO service works as we’ve not had the opportunity as yet.From as little as 1 day per month, to several days per week, our flexible approach means that we can adjust to the needs of your business. As a reminder, the basic premise of our business model is to provide ambitious businesses with a senior CFO resource; someone who really ‘gets’ the challenges of building a high growth business, who will be a high level sounding board on the one hand and who can set the strategic direction for your finance function on the other.
