Bought 2 tailors at durack store at 2h30. One is firm and probably is fresh. The other must be old, very soft, squishy, the eyes does not clear like the other fish. I specifically wait for the deals and get it straight away after the deals been put on fb a few hrs, bought the specific kind of fish to get the freshness, new batches of fish but... still get the old one. I understand, business need to sell old batch but they can let me know. Before I purchased, I asked " does the tailor fish is the one which just coming today" then they say yes. And in case, the new stock always " fresh " like that, I will really doubt about thier quality, doubt about the word " fresh" they say. I have small kid's and I would like to feed them the freshness I could find. Will stick with Inala fish store next time, a bit expensive but at least they tell me which one is new which one is old...
